Stocktaking takes time. Keeping track of inventory isn't always easy. And when it comes to sales and fan engagement, there's often more potential to unlock.
The good news? Your club already has much of what it needs.
The products, the partners, the systems. They're just not always working together.
That's exactly what we want to change with CONNECTED MERCHANDISE.
We help clubs simplify everyday processes, keep better track of their products and create new ways to engage with fans.
We do this by connecting products, partners and systems using technologies such as RFID, NFC and QR codes.
And the best part? You don't have to start from scratch. We build on what your club already has.
And help you discover what else is possible.

Let's follow a football jersey on its journey to a fan.
It's designed, produced, customised and shipped to a logistics partner. From there, it's stored in a warehouse before making its way to the club shop or online store. Eventually, a fan takes it home.
Along the way, many different partners work with the same product.
The manufacturer knows how it was produced. The logistics partner knows what's in the warehouse. The club shop manages stock and sales. The club wants to keep track of everything. And the fan might want to know more about the story behind their jersey.
The problem? This information often isn't connected.
Products are recorded more than once, stock is counted manually and information has to be passed between different systems.
That takes time and makes everyday processes more complicated than they need to be.
But what if the jersey itself could help connect all these different areas?

It all starts with a digital Product ID.
This gives each product a unique identity that can connect it to relevant information and digital applications.
A Product ID can be linked to a jersey using technologies such as QR codes, NFC or RFID – for example, through a heat transfer, label or hangtag.
So what does that mean in practice?
Not every application needs to use the same technology. What matters is connecting the right information and systems.
One product. One digital identity. More possibilities.

So what does this actually mean for your club?
Imagine a club that wants to make stocktaking easier.
Today, staff regularly count jerseys by hand in the warehouse and club shop. It's time-consuming and takes people away from other tasks.
RFID can significantly reduce that workload.
Jerseys are equipped with RFID tags. RFID readers identify the products, while the software processes the information and shares it with the relevant systems.
And there's no need to produce new jerseys to get started.
Existing products can also be equipped with RFID stickers.
This means clubs can prepare their current stock for easier stocktaking or potential self-checkout solutions.
And that's just the beginning. The same approach opens up other possibilities:
Not every club needs all of these solutions. What matters is finding the right solution for the challenge your club wants to solve.
Our Role: Connecting What You Already Have.
This is where dekoGraphics comes in.
Clubs already work with suppliers, logistics partners, club shops and different systems. We don't want to replace them. We want to help them work better together.
Together with r-pac, we bring the right solutions together.
And that goes far beyond QR codes, NFC chips, RFID labels or heat transfers.
We also support clubs and their partners with the hardware and software they need – from RFID readers and printers to solutions for warehouses, logistics operations and club shops.
And we help connect these technologies to existing systems and processes.
We look at the bigger picture:
A logistics partner might need RFID readers to process incoming products more quickly. A club shop might want better visibility of its stock. And the club might want to offer fans new digital experiences through their jerseys.
Our role is to bring these needs together and develop a connected solution that works for everyone involved.
Because CONNECTED MERCHANDISE isn't about adding as much new technology as possible.
It's about making better use of the products, partners and systems you already have.

Every club faces different challenges.
Maybe stocktaking takes too much time. Maybe it's difficult to keep track of inventory. Or perhaps you're looking for new ways to connect with fans through your jerseys.
