But here’s the truth: Not everything is possible. And we believe in being honest about that.
Why do production times vary so much?
Heat transfers aren’t off-the-shelf products. Every single logo is custom-made. Depending on what you’re planning, the lead time can vary quite a bit:
- Flat transfers – usually ready in about 10–12 working days
- 3D transfers – more complex, can take up to 20 working days
- Special effects – like lenticular or metallic? These need a bit more time (up to 30 working days)
And that’s not even including pre-testing or approvals.

If you’re working with a tight deadline, we look at every case individually.
We’ll check:

We’ve made a lot of tight timelines work – but we’ll also tell you honestly if something just isn’t realistic.

If you contact us today and ask for 5,000 3D SILICONE logos by end of the week – it’s not going to happen.
These transfers aren’t stocked items. They require testing, approvals, and proper setup. We can’t skip steps – and we won’t make promises we can’t keep.
What we can do: Offer a clear timeline, explore faster techniques, split deliveries, and give you options that actually work.
Our Tips for Urgent Projects
- Be upfront about your deadline. We’ll let you know right away what’s realistic.
- Ask early. Even if your designs aren’t final yet, we can already talk options.
- Know what’s flexible. Is the technique fixed? Could a faster alternative work?
- Get approval fast. Production only starts after design approval.
New production or reorder? There’s a difference
Not all last-minute requests are the same. If it’s your first time working with us, the design is new, and we still need to figure out the right technique and materials – then we need a little lead time.
But:
✔ You need a reorder of a logo we’ve already produced? No problem – that’s much faster.
✔ You’re a regular customer with stored stock (e.g. for player names and numbers)? We can ship on short notice – sometimes even the same day.
✔ Your logo has already been approved and tested? Then a quick reorder is definitely possible.
