1. How durable are heat transfers?
When applied correctly, heat transfers are made to last. They can withstand frequent washing, daily wear, and even demanding conditions – especially when the technique is matched to the textile. We regularly test for long-term performance.

2. What fabrics are compatible with heat transfers?
Most common textiles work great: cotton, polyester, blends, and even technical fabrics. However, for coated or DWR-treated fabrics (e.g. rain jackets or outdoor jackets), softshell, or sublimated textiles, we recommend a free test to check adhesion and performance. These materials can have specific surface characteristics or colour migration risks that require careful evaluation.

3. Can you also apply the transfers for us?
Yes – if you're working with larger quantities or facing tight timelines, we can help. Our in-house application departments in Germany, Italy and Canada are equipped to handle professional heat transfer application with precision and consistency. Whether it’s for performance wear, team jerseys or fashion collections – we make sure every logo is applied perfectly.

4. How many pieces do I have to order?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design. This allows us to offer high quality and customised production. For very small quantities, other providers might be a better fit.

5. How long does production take?
It depends on the technique. Flat transfers are often ready in 10–12 working days, 3D or special effects can take up to 30 days. The earlier we get your approved design, the faster we can deliver.

6. How much does a heat transfer logo cost?
One of the most common – and most complex – questions. The honest answer? It depends (yep, we know – everyone’s least favourite answer😉).
The price of a heat transfer logo is based on several factors:
- What technique is used? (Flat PU, 3D Silicone, Metallic…)
- What’s the size of the logo?
- How many colours are in the design?
- How many pieces are being produced per variation?
- What fabric is it being applied to?
That’s why fixed price lists rarely make sense – at least not if you’re looking for a tailored solution. But you don’t need a technical spec sheet to get a quote. A rough outline of your project is enough for us to give you a first direction.
