You want to embellish textiles, but you’re not sure which technique is the right one? You don’t have a technical background and worry about making the wrong choice?
That’s exactly why we’re here.
You don’t need to be a heat transfer expert to make your project a success.
What you need is a partner who explains things simply, gives you clear recommendations, and takes care of the details.
In this article, we’ll show you:
Why you don’t need any technical knowledge to get started
How you can find the best solution for your textile – without prior experience
Which key questions actually matter for choosing the right technique
How we guide you step by step – from idea to finished result
You’re not alone. In fact, most people we work with come from design, merchandising, sourcing or product development. They know their business – but not necessarily the details of textile printing. And that’s perfectly fine.
Our job isn’t to turn you into an expert. Our job is to make sure you get the right solution – even if you’re not sure what that looks like yet.
With our Heat Transfer Blog, a few real samples in hand, and the right partner by your side – maybe you’ll become a pro after all😉
We won’t overwhelm you with technical questions. But a few simple questions point us in the right direction:
With just these basics, we can already narrow down the options and give you targeted recommendations.
We won’t send you a list of 150 techniques and tell you to pick one. Instead, we’ll make tailored suggestions based on your project.
We’ll explain the pros and cons, compare options, and help you make a decision – in clear, simple terms.
Some things are hard to explain with words. That’s why we believe in hands-on experience.

Don’t worry about technical details – that’s what we’re here for.
Our experts:
Clarify key requirements from the start
Know the common challenges (like coated or sublimated fabrics)
Take care of application, testing, approval and final production
In short: You hand over your idea – we make sure it works.
Even without technical knowledge, you’ll always know what’s going on.
Our customers range from up-and-coming brands to international labels. We typically work with projects starting at around 500 pieces per design. That’s because our focus is on supporting brands and clubs with scalable, high-quality solutions.
Not sure if your project fits? Just ask us – we’ll figure it out together.
Can I also order smaller quantities? Our minimum order quantity is 500 pieces per design. For large-scale projects with smaller initial runs, feel free to reach out.
How long does production take? Once the sample is approved, flat transfers like FLAT PU are often ready in 12 to 15 working days, while more complex 3D or special effect transfers can take 20 to 30 working days – or longer, depending on your design and order volume. We’ve outlined all timelines in this guide to our production process.
Can you test on my original fabric before I decide? Yes! We’ll test directly on your fabric – free of charge. This ensures perfect compatibility.
Which transfer techniques are washable and durable? All of our recommendations are tailored to your use case. If you need industrial wash resistance, heavy durability or soft-touch finishes – we’ll show you what works best.
Do I need to provide finished artwork? Not right away. We’ll guide you through what’s needed. Ideally, we work with vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg) plus Pantone references. If you’re not sure, we’ll help adjust your files – we've also explained everything in this quick guide to perfect print files for heat transfers.
If you're reading this and thinking: "I’m still not sure I understood everything..." – then you're exactly who we wrote this for. Because you don’t need to understand it all. You just need a partner who understands you. That’s what we aim to be: Not just a supplier – but your guide to the right solution.
