Choose the motion

When creating animated lenticular designs, the original digital images can be split either vertically or horizontally, with the lens then matching the choice of direction. The choice, affects whether the animation will occur when the viewing angle changes from left to right or up and down.

However, if the badge is going to be applied to a fabric or garment, most people choose to split the images vertically, so that the animation will occur as the image is tilted left and right, as this tends to work better.

Adding new excitement to an iconic technique

Previously, this method was mostly used for stickers and gimmicks. The fact that you are now able to use this technique as shape shifting badges which can be applied to a garment, gives you the chance to display your logo in ways never seen before.
